Instructions

    Shred the chicken

    Briefly toast the sichuan peppercorns until fragrant

    Powder peppercorns and surgar in a mortar & pestle

  4. 4

    Add peanut butter & a bit of hot water to the mortar and combine

  5. 5

    Add the soy and vingar to form the sauce

  6. 6

    Sauce the chicken, add chili oil and green onions for garnish

  7. 7

    Serve with rolls and coleslaw to assemble at the table
